This page will give you step-by-step instructions for entering Umpire Evaluations. Please print this page and keep a copy by your computer for reference.

Requirements

1. You need a password in order to submit Umpire Evaluations. To get a password email the webmaster at cybern8@yahoo.com and specify what you would like your password to be.
2. You will need the names of umpires from your game, and you will need to be able to objectively evaluate their performance at your game.

Instructions

1. Log on to the internet.
2. Start your web browser (e.g., Internet Explorer, Netscape Communicator, etc.).
3. Go the the Tucson MSBL web site at http://www.tucsonmsbl.com
4. Click the Umpire evaluation link.
5. There are two sections - one for the Home Plate umpire, and another for the Field umpire. If you had only one umpire for your game, enter them as the Home Plate umpire and leave the other section blank.
6. Enter the "grade" for each category. Be fair and objective.
7. If you give any 1 or 5 responses, the comment section for that umpire must be filled out to explain why you felt that umpire was deserving of the grade.
8. Enter your password
9. click 'Submit'.
10. If any errors were detected, a message will be displayed. Use your browser's 'Back' button to return to the entry page to correct the problem, then try 'Submit' again.

If you have questions or problems with Umpire evaluation, email the webmaster for assistance. Email is preferable to the phone, as you can easily include a detailed description of the problem that you encountered.
