UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE

By signing this form, the Manager agrees to not only grant the above named player his unconditional release to join any MSBL/MABL team in the future whatsoever, but also forfeits any rights of compensation or future considerations in exchange for said player.

CONDITIONAL RELEASE

By signing this form, the Manager agrees to grant the above named player a conditional release to join any MSBL/MABL team providing the Manager receives acceptable compensation in return. The terms of the compensation may include, but are not limited to the exchange of players, future draft choices, baseball equipment, financial consideration, etc.

In order for the conditional release to be valid, all parties involved, Managers and Player must agree upon the terms of the compensation.

No trades or releases will be granted after June 30th. The league office must receive copies of each Player Release Form to be held on file.
