The undersigned hereby acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. I agree to abide by the Tucson Men's Senior Baseball League (hereafter "Tucson MSBL") Rules and Regulations. Upon request my team manager will provide a copy of the rules, or I can view them online at http://tucsonmsbl.com/tmsbl_rules.html.

2. It is my responsibility to read the Tucson MSBL Rules and Regulations. Simply put, no league member in violation of league rules will be excused for "not knowing the rules".

3. I understand that any act of physical violence, including threats made or implied toward any league member or official at any time will result in disciplinary action according to the league Code of Conduct, and may also result in criminal charges.

4. Damage to facilities or property before, during or after any Tucson MSBL event, practice, or game will result in disciplinary action according to the league Code of Conduct. Anyone damaging property will be held liable for the cost of repairs or replacement.

5. ATTENTION: Consumption of alcohol of any kind is not permitted under any circumstances at Kino Sports Complex, Tucson Electric Park, or any of the surrounding parking areas before, during or after any Tucson MSBL event, practice, or game. Violations will result in disciplinary action according to the league Code of Conduct.
